If your website is hosted by Digital Design and Hosting and you need changes made, please use this form to request the changes.

Please make sure you tell us which page of the website needs the updates.

If the changes are changes to the text, you might want to print the page, write the changes on it and either scan it or take a picture of it and upload it with the form.

If you want a picture or a graphic added to a page, include the picture in your upload.
